# GymPlus

> AI-powered access control, analytics and AI agents for fitness centers and gym chains, sold as three licences: Control, Clarity and Intelligence. Built by Indoor Informatics Oy in Finland. Available in English, Finnish, German and Swedish.

GymPlus connects to existing or supplied gym cameras and uses on-premises AI to produce real-time visitor counts, equipment usage analytics, automatic fault detection, and unauthorised access (tailgating) alerts. Raw video never leaves the gym; only structured metadata is sent to the cloud (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). GDPR-compliant by design, no biometric data, no facial recognition.

Licences (per month, EUR, excluding VAT):
- Control: 169 €/mo, one time onboarding fee 990 €. Camera-based detection of tailgating, piggybacking and other unauthorised access. Works stand-alone or integrated with gym management software.
- Clarity: 399 €/mo, one time onboarding fee 1 490 €. Real-time visitor counter, equipment usage data, floor and heat maps, automatic fault alerts.
- Intelligence: 499 €/mo, one time onboarding fee 1 490 €. Everything in Control and Clarity, plus AI agents that turn gym data into recommendations and completed work.

Add-ons for the Intelligence licence, purchased separately:
- Touchpoint: exercise instructions and challenges on every machine via QR stickers. One time onboarding fee 390 €.
- Maintenance: service scheduling by actual usage hours instead of the calendar. One time onboarding fee 390 €.

Subscription: billed monthly, 12-month initial term, then month to month. 2026 customer retention rate 98.5% (24-month rolling average).
